  1. White gets a double move each turn, but each move is made by a different unit. They can be of the same unit type.
  2. For black, a triple move is made each turn, but it must be made by certain units in a certain order. Imagine a clockwise loop—
    Pawn > Knight> Bishop> Rook> Queen> King>
    Pawn> Knight> Bishop> etc. on repeat.
So, for example, pawn—knight—bishop or Knight—bishop—rook, or queen—king—pawn.
  3. If a unit is missing from the loop, or immobile,  skip to the next unit in the loop.
  4. If black has only two unit types, he is reduced to making two moves on his turn.
  5. Players must get out of check on their first move.
  6. The rest is orthodox chess.
